Advanced Step: Go beyond the basics of step aerobics with an energy uplift and advanced choreography!

Cardio Athletics: 60-minute workout combines cardio intervals, of step and low impact with traditional strength training and abdominals.

Cardio Blast: Blast your cardio workout through the roof with all types of cardio training for the first part of the class and then moving into PiYo which combines yoga and Pilates exercises designed to build strength and gain flexibility.

Gentle Fitness 1 and 2: A non-impact but cardio-stimulating workout set to classic tunes. This class is especially good for seniors, those new to exercise, and those recovering from surgery or in physical therapy.

Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning: This workout will push you to a new level of fitness.  Get leaner, faster and stronger by combining punches and kicks with cardio, strength and core exercises.

Muscle Works: A class designed to work all the major muscle groups in one hour.

Not-So Gentle Fitness: A low-impact but cardio-stimulating workout to help gain cardiovascular strength, and improve endurance without stressing the joints, occasionally utilizing steps and other exercise equipment. 

Pilates: Pilates works through the body’s ‘core’ or ‘center’ to increase endurance and flexibility.  A non-impact technique of stretching and strengthening the deep abdominal muscles that ensure trunk and posture stability.

Power Sculpt: A fun and energetic full-body workout, using all the elements of Body Sculpting with a little added ‘kick’!

Step and Sculpt: Two workouts in one!  Step aerobics and muscle conditioning.  Resistance equipment (hand weights or tubing) may be used. A good class to get acquainted with step aerobics.

Yoga: Reduce stress while improving your strength and flexibility.

Zumba: Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!

20-20-20: A combined workout with 20 minutes of aerobics (step or floor), 20 minutes of weight resistance and 20 minutes of abdominal work with a nice stretch to finish.
