Small Group Training 

*Small Group Training consist of 3-4 trainees guided by a personal trainer.

*Each trainee is created a unique personal workout to help reach THEIR goals.

*All fitness levels welcome

*Each member progresses at their own pace.

This is an ongoing 4 week program designed for continuing success building each session on the previous work.


4 week Program cost:

1 Session Per Week   $120

2 Sessions per Week $240

3 Sessions per Week $320

Mon: 5:30 & 6:30 PM

Tues:  8:00 & 9:00AM

Wed:  5:30 & 6:30 PM

Thurs:  8:00 & 9:00AM

Sat:   8:00 & 9:00AM
